What helps your team think sharper
and act faster?

A workshop that turns an ordinary meeting into an experience where your team builds physical models, thinks with their hands, and reaches real solutions to organizational challenges.

The result: a team that thinks differently, reconnects, and works together with greater clarity and impact.

The Method

Don’t just talk about the idea.
Build it with your hands.

What is Thinking Tactile™?

The idea is simple: thinking and doing complement each other. When a team thinks more creatively, it acts differently—and when it acts differently, it achieves better results.

In every workshop, participants build physical models with their hands and turn abstract ideas into something they can see, touch, and rearrange—so the team’s thinking, and its actions, genuinely change.

Thinking Tactile™ is Solid Oak’s unique methodology. It draws, among other sources, on LEGO® Serious Play®—a method used by organizations worldwide for more than 25 years—and combines it with additional principles and tools from coaching, facilitation, and creative thinking.

What happens in the room?

  • Creative, original thinkingBreak familiar patterns and build new possibilities.
  • Everyone participatesEvery voice has a place, and the shared idea becomes visible.
  • TeamworkConnect different perspectives into one direction the team can advance.

“I am 100% certain we would never have reached this level of creativity without this workshop. We generated far more original ideas than I expected. At first I was skeptical and thought it would just be fun and team bonding. I was completely wrong—the team took the process seriously, and the results were impressive.”
